2. Supply and install Single power point × 6nos
3. Supply and install Single light point x 4nos
1. Supply and painting of ceilings and sewer piping with Nippon.
2. To clean Kitchen with Acid Chemical wash only.
3. Provide corrugated paper for protection
4. To load up materials and unload dispose all debris material after hack/dismantle works
5. Supply and install new stainless steel rubbish chute.
6. HDB Renovation permit.
